No one exhibiting symptoms consistent with Covid-19, will be allowed.
All transactions and interactions will be over the phone or by email.
Our office hours will be limited. Call for up to date information. We will be available to provide propane and quarters for laundry when the office is open.
Day of Check In:
Your remaining balance will be automatically charged the day you are to arrive using the same payment you entered while making your reservation and a sign will be posted at your site with your last name.
Total online charges may not be accurrate if there are add-ons to your reservation. Example; extra person, extra vehicle, tent by site, etc.
YOUR SITE NUMBER AND SHOWER/LAUNDRY HOUSE CODES WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU BEFORE NOON ON DAY OF CHECK IN. Make sure we have a valid email address.
9PM to 7AM
Buildings are closed 12pm to 2pm for cleaning everyday - plan ahead.
You must have personal transportation, be 18 and provide a credit card. One vehicle per cabin. No Candles or open flames. Max of 2 dogs are allowed in DOG FRIENDLY CABINS ONLY. Animals are not allowed to stay in your vehicle. NO other animal is allowed in cabins. $50 fee for unpicked up dog feces. Check out is firm at 11am. You will be charged for Excessive mess, stolen or damages to cabin. Max 3 week stay. Extra person fee is charged in house and will not be reflected in your total online price. Absolutely no cab over trucks, trailers, boats or rv's at cabins. You will be asked to leave if you bring a dog into a non dog friendly cabin and if you bring more than allowable guests or dogs as well as charged an additional cleaning fee. Total max allowed includes children of any age.
Rv Sites and TOTAL LENGTH OF ALL VEHICLES:
In order to accommodate you in a site, we need to have the TOTAL LENGTH of EVERYTHING your driving, pulling and bringing. You will have to pay $10 for each additional vehicle TO store if we have any available. Otherwise YOU WILL HAVE TO PARK ANY VEHICLE THAT DOESNT FIT IN YOUR SITE OFF Big Bear grounds. (Total length needs to include total length of your fifth wheel plus your detached truck (not while its hooked up). Include pull behind trailers hitch plus towing vehicle).
GUESTS NEED TO PARK IN FRONT OF OFFICE, NOT ON GRASS OR IN THE ROAD.
8 person max including children. Must be able to pay for your stay, no 3rd party payments. Rv's are not to be dropped off for someone else. Tow vehicle must remain with rv. Cab overs may not be taken off truck. Abandoned rv, trailers or vehicles will be towed. Items left behind will be disposed. No taking apart vehicles. No freezers or refrigerators outside. Do not walk through other camp sites. The Pavilion, centrallly located, is open to all guests staying.
No carpets, driving or parking on the grass. A small mat by your door only.
Guests of campers need to park in front of office.
Your site must be kept clean at all times. Do not leave Trash outside. Only a few items are to be outside or left on grass.
Keep rocks off the grass. Do not move fire pits or use fire pits as a trash container.
Vehicles longer than 20 feet WILL NOT FIT in our tent sites. This means No boats or trailers. 4 persons max per tent site, including children. You Must have personal transportation, you can not be dropped off. 1 week max stay.
You will be asked to leave if rules are not followed.
Cancellations, Reservation Alteration or Early Check Out:
THE ENTIRE 10% DEPOSIT YOU MAKE DURING YOUR RESERVATION IS NON-REFUNDABLE. It is applied to unaltered reservations upon check-in. DEPOSITS ARE NONTRANSFERABLE.
* Cancellations must be received by 2 pm the day prior to your scheduled arrival date or the remaining 90% of the first night of your reservation will be charged.
* EARLY CHECK OUT requests need to be made by 2 pm the day prior to your anticipated check out or loss of 90% balance of first nights stay will occur. Your reservation will then be recalculated based upon daily and weekly rates.
* Reservation alterations need to be made by 2 pm prior to your scheduled check-in date (i.e. checking in on a later date than what was reserved, etc.), or loss of 90% balance of first nights stay will occur. A new reservation and deposit can then be made based upon your needs if we can accommodate you.
‘No shows’ will forfeit deposit and be charged 90% of remaining balance.
