Cancellations, Reservation Alteration or Early Check Out
A non refundable deposit of 10% on your reservation, (up to 1 month), is due prior to check in and secures your reservation.
* Cancellations must be received by 2pm the day prior to your scheduled arrival date or the remaining 90% of the first day of your reservation will be charged.
* EARLY CHECK OUT requests need to be made by 2pm the day prior to your anticipated check out or loss of deposit and one nights
stay will occur.
* Early checkout notice by 2pm the day prior to your new check out date will result in loss of deposit only. Your reservation will be recalculated based upon daily and weekly rates.
* Reservation alterations need to be made by 2pm prior to your scheduled check in date (i.e. checking in on later date than what was reserved, etc.), or loss of deposit and first nights stay will occur. (Notice prior to 2pm check in will result in loss of deposit only). A new reservation and deposit can then be made based upon your needs, if we can accommodate you.
‘No shows’ will forfeit their deposit and be charged the remaining balance of first night. All additional nights will be cancelled.
We strongly recommend reservations be made during the months of June, July and August.
